Prunes are sorted by size, from 30/40 to 120/144 units per pound.
TENDERIZING
Prunes are washed, sorted, tenderized and pitted

FINAL PRODUCT
Prunes are packed in bulk (10kg boxes) or in retail packaging (doypacks or 500g canisters)

San Gregorio processing facility is Kosher and Halal certified.
Food safety and traceability is ensured along the entire supply chain.
San Gregorio’s farms are GLOBAL G.A.P regulated, a certificate that gives confidence to consumers about the agriculture production within a detailed and comprehensive approach, and according to accepted standards for good agricultural practices (G.A.P).
